anyone kow anything bout poste restante?

Hi everyone,

Im travelling through Northern Ireland for a week on some business and was wondering if anyone knows a post office in Fermanagh that offers poste restante service, while im gone some important documents will be sent to my home address but as im not there i wont get them for over a week, a few people have told me that some post offices can hold your mail for you, im staying at a hotel and dont want my mail sent there, appreciate and help!

Gives you all the info you need, most post offices will do it as long as they have space

is it worth it if you are only away for a week?
what would you do if the mail was delayed and you returned home before they arrived?

Used poste restante only the once about 20 years ago to get some money delivered to me urgently whilst on holiday and thought it was a fantastic service.

Also about 30 years ago I used to get any mail for a particular day held at the local office by filling in a little form and sticking a couple of low value stamps on , not sure if you can still do that.

as soon as you get there.
