I didn't know that, I specifically asked for tracked though, seems cashier wasn't so bright.
I have put a claim form in for the other item, but as it was bought used and sold privately, I have no proof of value. I would say item in question was worth about £100-120, but I'll probably be very lucky if get the £50 compo. limit
