We had ours today  am i right in saying that this is a few months late, happy didn't look happy.
And if these things we're really taken into account,he really should be sacked.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Not much point in doing them, the six years i've been in the same issues come up again and again but nothing changes.

MOST OFF MY COMMENTS MADE IT ONTO THE RESULTS BOARD, I MUST ADMIT A FEW BITS HAD REMOVED BY MGMT IN THEIR PLACE BUT OTHERWISE NOT BAD,A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO I PLACED A LIST OF FACTS AND FIGURES ON MY FORM TO PROOVE A POINT AND IT WAS ALL DISPLAYED APART FROM THE FACT SOMEONE CHANGED THE FIGURES

HAVE YOUR SAY AS LONG AS IT IS OK WITH THE CENSOR

TO BE FAIR ANY CONSISTENT POINT IS NOTED AT HEAD OFFICE AND THERE WILL BE A COMPREHENSIVE DRIVE TO ALTER THESE POINTS FOR A FEW WEEKS THEN EVERYTHING WILL RETURN TO NORMAL,ALL THESE THINGS ARE SEASONAL,FOR A WHILE IT WILL BE CORRECT BLACK FOOTWEAR,THEN HIGH VIS JACKETS FOR DRIVERS,THEN HEALTH AND UNSAFE,THEN B AND H, THEN DIVERSITY,ETC ETC,THEN WE WILL GET A RUN OF NOTHING THERE MUST BE A TOMBOLA FOR ALL THESE THINGS EVERY NOW AND AGAIN SOMEONE PUTS THEIR HAND INTO A BUCKET PULLS ONE OUT AND IT BECOMES GOSPEL FOR A WHILE THEN EVERYTHING DWINDLES AWAY UNTILL SOMEONE HAS NOTHING BETTER TO DO AND STARTS IT ALL OVER AGAIN

WANT TO GET RID OFF A FEW MANAGERS JUST TICK HAPPY HAPPY GREAT SMASHING WONDERFULL ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE HEART ATTACKS AND DISBELIEF WILL DRIVE HUNDREDS OF THEM INTO A EARLY GRAVE
