How can someone recently leave the business under VR terms and get their lumper(which is fair enough) and still get a payment of £800 for their colleague shares, when we are told they are worth sweet F A?

When did they leave,we have reports on here that some who left got their money but it was just after the last valuation which was months ago,can't rem the exact date.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Just found...
The Union does not accept that Colleagueshare could have plummeted from a valuation of around £1400 as late as last September – to virtually nothing.
