I really hope that senior management at Royal Mail read this post.
Stratford upon Avon has for many months now received what can only be described as a hit and miss service by Royal Mail.
some estates have no delivery for a day or two as the postmen are delivering to estates that have been missed.it seem to be an every other day service.
there are simply not enough staff to cover all of the deliveries as they are meant to.
The Stratford upon Avon MP had a meeting with Royal Mail managers,he was about as much use as a chocolate teapot.
this is not a service that people have paid good money to use,it is more like a lottery,if your estate gets picked, then you get a delivery.
one word to sum it up,..............................PATHETIC
pull you finger out Royal Mail managers and for once earn the money you wrongly claim as a pay packet.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
