As for the Colleague Shares it's just Pure Bloody FRAUD, get the accountants in and Jail some of the Bastards. We've managed to Jail Members of Parliament so what makes Royal Mail Top Management so Bloody Special?

My mother told me that when my grandfather went to work in the So'ton docks in the 30's depression that they would offer an amount for the day's labour , then someone would say they would do it for less.Those people were never forgiven, if I remember the story correctly

Don't have to go that far back Wessex. There's villages in Wales that are still split over the last strikes. With relatives that refuse to speak to each other because one was on strike and the other was a scab!

It's one of those situations where one guy has a lovely house, a well paid job and is happy with life. The other guy has probably lost his house and his job and is struggling to make ends meet! Guess which one supported his Union and went on strike, and which one was a SCAB?

It's a sorry state of affairs, and believe me it makes my blood boil, but who is the Winner? Principles cost...But can you afford them? It'd be nice to think you'd end up the winner, but I bet the Senior Union Negotiators will end up better off than you, and will still have their jobs! And we actually pay these guys wages.

Totally agree Pinky. Trouble is we're working with assholes who come into work Although their fellow Union members have voted for a strike. When you're working alongside these guys, and being prevented from giving them some s**t (by Management) it really sticks in your throat!

I'm willing to pay that price, But that doesn't really help when you can't pay the bills and some SCAB BASTARD is laughing all the way to the Bank, with the Extra Overtime! What can you do? As I've said Principles Cost, But they only cost you.

talk talk and more talks, and the union are stupid enough to belive that anything will come of it. I tell you now we wont get ANYTHING from these talks regarding the shares. Royal Mail are just saying it to keep the union happy and the union are happy because its one less thing for them to do. I mean the cwu have been so busy negotiating heavier deliveries for us with increased D2D later finishing times on a saturday, so bang goes quality time with the family at the weekends or going to football or playing cricket. Maybe the CWU could negotiate a deal with Royal Mail where its memebers have to pay royal mail £1500 each or more
