Hey everybody,
About a month ago I ordered a package from the UK, which was sent by Special Delivery to my address here in Germany. According to the tracking a delivery was attempted while I was out, but no card was left. Without a card and with only a Royal Mail tracking number the Deutsche Post and DHL said they couldn't help me. Now it shows up as delivered, so I think it was returned to sender; this is what I get from the Royal Mail Tracking website:
Your item, posted on 07/06/11 with reference LF133852635GB was delivered in SOUTH WEST 1 on 27/06/11.

I'm pretty sure this means the item is back in the UK, can anybody tell me if that's what South West 1 means? The customer support from where I bought my item are not very helpful, they just keep telling me to contact my local sorting office. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

It could be referring to the RM delivery office which covers the SW1 postcode area, did the sender's address start with SW1?
