I left Business customer service on the 15 November 2010 and was first of all very disappointed that no payout was going to be made. I then thought back and came to the conclusion they never cost me anything and we have been receiving dividends on our shares. If we get 56p then I will not be disappointed. I never expected very much anyway.

Also since leaving Royal mail I have never been more contented and happier. I hasten to add thanks to RM I have been able to retire at 60.

They are to recieve £600 CS in this months salary + £400 bonus + last years backpay from their payrise which was over 2%.

That's all on top of their wages of course.

Yes probably but to get the CS in the PO you would probably have to give back the Transformational Lump sum from when we accepted the 2010BT.

If I recall the third allocation of shares was knocked on the head for CWU grade staff in all other parts of RM Group.

£600 of the the £1000 worth of transformational lump sum payments is suposedly from the CS scheme so that means £600 needs to be found for CWU grade staff in all other parts of RM Group.

It would be interesting to see what criteria POL and PF have had to meet and also what criteria CMA grade staff across RM Group had to meet to get dividend payments.

I work for Supply Chain (part of Post Office Ltd) and all cwu grade staff got £600 in wages today, paid into bank tomorrow.

Managers are getting the payment in their May wages.

Not gloating, just letting people know that some people are getting paid out - it has not been a very fair system. I'm one of the fortunate ones. Normally in Supply chain - we are the unlucky ones

Some of us in deliveries have already had that £600 as part of our transformation lump sums.
Everybody should eventually get it.

i finished work in october 10 after 13 months sick leave after a very serious and life threatening road traffic accident on my way home from work, ihr the little shyt of a manager told me i would get nothing re shares , wonder if the 287 would cover the fine if i went and thumped his jaw , also they taxed me and took off national insurance , have been in contact with tax office and i can claim tax and ni back as i am still on incapacity benefit ,

Yep same thing with me I had the NI and tax deducted. I have been told to write to the NI office and give the reason why the amount should be refunded. I contacted the HMRC regarding the tax and they said I need to go back to RM and get them to give to me another p45 so I can claim the tax back. The problem is I finished on the 15 November 2010 and they will not issue me with another P45. So will leave until the end of this financial year and hopefully HRMC will see I have paid too much tax and refund without further input from me.

Part of the Parcelforce pay deal mentions someting about the collegue shares. We are getting a pay rise plus £600 if accepted and £400 if further targets are met. I'm sure I read in the briefing that was posted on here that those 2 payments are in some way related to the collegue shares.
