Ask your uncle to go to the post office he used to send s/d they may be able to get tracking number, and our office keeps recorded one week, tracked items two weeks, s/d three weeks.

ok thanks for the help everyone. is there any point in going to the delivery office without my tracking number?? and is there still a chance that it might be delivered on tuesday since its now been over a week?

Does your uncle still have the reciept? The tracking number may be on there (I can't remember if PO receipts have the tracking numbers on them).

I'm guessing he didn't store the tracking number either? That would at least give you an idea, of course a wee call to the delivery offices should be able to tell u yay or nay.

And yes, it's 3 weeks for SD, or it was when I worked with RM. 7 Days for Recorded :)

they only store a special if a p739 has been left otherwise it would have been returned or forwarded on or in fact delivered . a postcode shouldnt stop it being delivered say 7 blog street e3 then if you put 7 blog street e33 i cant see why it would go missing for that kind of mistake especially a special

ring customer service and give them as much details as possible - Passport number, packaging, address as was and should be - stamps inside and everything - they may then be able to find it and send it on to you.

Warning though CS is always busy and the menu system is apparently not very customer friendly.

ok uncle managed to find the tracking number. i've just checked and it says delivery was attempted at UNKNOWN address and it's now being returned to sender, but the problem is he didnt put a return address... nevermind thanks everyone, i'm gonna change my flights now
