ISF TO INDIA - Where is my item ?

Hi guys :)

From uk my mate sent me two parcels to INDIA via RM International signed for, I received the 1 packets but still didn't receive 2rd one -

Packet 1 - sent on 10 may - On ips site it says 11TH MAY SEND ITEM ABROAD EDI RECEIVED - after that no updated status - I received it on 18th may !

packet 2 - sent on 12 may on ips site it says 14TH MAY SEND ITEM ABROAD EDI RECEIVED - after that no updates - still did't receive the item yet

why it's not giving updated information on ips site ?

what should i do ?
Ps: i can provide tracking number if someone can help !

because its down to India post to provide updated information
once it leaves the UK ,RM dont have anything to do with the handling/tracking

No I haven't paid him anything, but postman did say that to my uncle that these days many parcels coming for you.

I wonder why there Isn't any info on IPS tracking.
