sending a parcel 1st class standard

Post by pgtips911 »

i know royal mail say that claims against lost post can only be made after 15 days of it being posted, i myself have been waiting 8 days for a parcel.
i was wondering is there still a good chance it could turn up and what sort of cut off date do you expect to give up on ever seeing it thanks

First Class and Standard Packets are 2 different things. Seems to be a few problems you're having or is this same one?

Again, to reiterate, it's not your place to chase this parcel up, the contract is with the sender, the sender has the contract with RM. If this is something you have purchased, you can claim this package under the distance selling regulations without having to wait the 15 days, however the sender will have to wait the 15 days before they can claim it.
