Other than ballot for IA what can they do other than talk to RMG? If you feel the PEC should have gone for a IA ballot with immediate effect then fair enough.
There is two weeks left of the deadline the CWU gave RMG to resolve the CS issue.

Never mind jupiters cock or anyone else just get someone from our union to come out and give us - THE MEMBERS - some word one way or the other whether we have a chance of getting any money or getting sweet f a. All this hanging on and everyone coming up with different scenarios is getting us all down. JUST TELL US ONE WAY OR THE OTHER what is happening or what the feck is going to happen. Me personally think that royal mail have conned us and that they think our union dont have the bottle to challenge their decision. But lets be honest, are any of us ready to challenge them during these troubled times. Royal mail must be laughing at us and the union if they pull this off. ood shout patman,jupiters cock,with RM you get to job and finish,I find it hard to make my work last more then 25 hours a week,then I go and do another job in RM time,still paid for 40,have 5 weeks holiday,plus 6 weeks paid sick holiday,job and finish,then you can get on with your life,jupiters cock some people don't know when to keep their mouth and stop moanin about a good thing.TTFN
I've seen plenty of people harshly dealt with under the attendance procedure because they've either been unlucky with illness or accidents,I've seen others always ready to take advantage of the system because for some reason they feel entitled to,boasting about such says little for your character!
