Colleague Shares ?

Post by nikey1967 »

I have worked for Royal Mail for almost 17 years, within those years there have been numerous challenges along the way. Which always ends up with the people who tread the streets bearing the brunt of these challenges. So why are we always the ones that seem to get penalised, after all we are the ones that literally carry the bulk of this companies ridiculous Ideas and changes on our Shoulders. What I want know as probably does everyone else, why pay people who have left the buisness recieve the full allocation of colleague shares. Then the ones still pounding the streets get ripped off yet again and will get nothing. How you can continue moving the goalposts and get away with it is beyond. I suppose it's only a matter of time before sell the pitch from under our feet then where will we all be. It's about time you got your priorities in order and rewarded the people that really count.

Correction, not all of us that have left or been finished on IHR ect have recieved the full allocation of colleague shares, we only got paid a small amount of what we should have got and that was months after we left. I agree with what you are saying about the posties that struggle to keep the company going by doing the hard work that keeps RM together but it must be understood that the ones who had left for what ever reason have been undercut too and are not happy.
