I know what you mean, about the job deteriorating. It's been no-where near as bad in my section (Logistics), but even that's bad enough: resources cut to the point that it's virtually impossible to get the job done; Managers pushing the WCM crap, and constantly on everyone's back to do the impossible; more and more people suffering from stress and depression; etc.. I don't know how you guys cope in Deliveries.
