just been to collect from a post office, they were crowing about getting collegue share money :no no

if I may interject - less of the :no no please, well at least till you have researched it.

Yes they did get a CS payout as part of their pay deal.

But they did NOT get a payout last year and they do not get £1000 in various Transformational lump sums.

They have received roughly (about £30 difference) equal to what we are getting or have already got.

RM have done it this way I think to divide and conqueor, I would have hoped most would not have fallen for it.

No members of current staff within Royal Mail Group are having shares bought back at super duper prices. Those taking VR or EVR in the 2011/2012 financial year will get diddly squat as well.
