I guess there answer to this is that the people who took e.V.R got paid the valuation of their shares at the time of finishing, the last valuation being september valued at £1400, as from today I believe the valuation is £0, so anyone taking evr now be prepared to get a cheque for diddly squat

I took my VR agreed it Sept 2010 and left Nov 2010 and I have got sweet FA so far still fighting same as everyone else !! Although we should have got the sept valuation and been paid it 6 wks after leaving here I am 4 months later with nothing still and I KNOW atleast 1 person who left after me has been paid out so not happy isn't the word same as you lot on this thread I'm still waiting HR say no evaluation yet but if price comes as nothing we all get nothing including me !!

This is a big issue as human resources deny all knowledge off this I have spoke to them 3 times today as someone in my office left 2 weeks after me and got £900 so how can they do that ? Surely they must honour other peoples shares also but as we all know RM will get out of it one way or another and pay us NOTHING !

If they are denying all knowledge. That is a good sign! Maybe their getting a little nervous about the ramifications of giving some, but not all a share in success-ful failure.

I think the CWU should have been a lot wiser to this "Scheme" a long-time ago. A good lawyer would have exposed the flaws and a good Union would have communicated the flaws to its members and secured a fairer deal.

The terms of the agreement should have been made clear from the start. Has anyone ever seen the terms or have a link to them or are they hidden away in a little red book where no conscerned postie could ever hope find them???

Well if the flaws where that obvious then surely the answer was to negotiate any CS payments to be made at the start of the deal?

It is only their desperation to have some of the monies incorporated into the rewards section of the BTA to help sell a poor agreement that has unfortunately backfired and left them with blood on their hands.
Otherwise they could have fought for the members money knowing they had not endorsed the scheme,nor played any part in it's failure.
Now unfortunately the members rightly or wrongly believe that the shares were part of the BT agreement negotiated by the union...and see their failure as being a joint responsibility.
A case of it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I didnt say they shouldnt! The issue is how the Fud are they justifying a drop of £1400 in that period.
