I can see why Canada was happy to see her go, in a year she has destroyed Royal Mail's past present and future.

Past our once great organisation with a world class reputation is now a laughing stock with headlines and admissions that last christmas was our worst perfomance ever.

Present the once profitable company is Broke and share prices have plummeted apparently.

Future Privateisation is coming and it will not be pretty look at Holland with TNT in control.

Canada is lucky to be shot of her.

Ya may find this interesting..back in 2009 she was at loggerheads with the Canadian Postal Union over modernisation..it all sounds very familiar :(

wow reading that she is worst than i thought this document should have been given to every member of Royal Mail as a warning, how on earth and sanity did she get the job as our chief exec with a damning report such as this. Madness

I think she was frustrated Canadians weren’t ready to privatize the post office. The Conservative government had a fledging minority and couldn’t afford to upset any large group of voters. She also claimed she had problems with front line managers who she indirectly called stupid. She said the management at Canada post wasn’t ready for her innovation so to speak. She had no experience in the field. Dumb changes are dumb. Given her frustrations at Canada Post, I think she jumped at the opportunity to get a pay raise at the Royal Mail and was thrilled with the neocon privatize everything under the sun David Cameron is pushing.
