New Business Plan
Hi everyone.
Do we have any details yet on what exactly this new 'business plan' is, and does this mean that the 2007/2010 agreements are no invalid/scrapped? Mentioned this in our CS briefing and was practically shot down by management.

Re: New Business Plan
The new plan is the hcts will have a trailer built in and you will have a rucksack front and rear and a broom up your ass, this saves jobs in Royal fail and local street cleaners are no longer needed.

Re: New Business Plan
whatever it is i have no doubt it will ignore any bits of BT2010 that RM dont like
.weight off the shoulder- too time consuming.
.p&l- too costly and time consuming.
.one in 4 sats off- not enough staff to cover.
.£1,000 if targets are met- not another bonus!
some office already have some if not all of the above but some like us have none.
be sure to "VOTE YES".

Re: New Business Plan
I really hope im wrong but the new plan is get us privatised, and once that happens after a few months the new owners will bulldoze the USO and your pay and T+Cs so what we currently have will be remembered as the best of times. Someone may need to confirm this bacause after a certain time period when your T +Cs are protected, you will probably be offered a different (far inferior) contract. Along with a lower rate of pay, no doubt your holiday entitlement will be reduced to the minimum along with the current Sick leave arrangements being altered. This is the way im seeing things and of course i hope im wrong. In fact someone please tell me im wrong

Re: New Business Plan
Doesn't seem to count for a lot these days smoker, take the deal of the century for example, how many well experienced delivery officers said it was pie in the sky, only to have "experienced non working union bods" say it was the holy grail.............well it's turned into a bitter cup. Course we are far too experienced to say we told you so.smokerjim wrote:Experience maybe?skull wrote:Edward Hunter wrote:I really hope im wrong but the new plan is get us privatised, and once that happens after a few months the new owners will bulldoze the USO and your pay and T+Cs so what we currently have will be remembered as the best of times. Re: New Business Plan
I don't want to know anything, about any business plan, this pisss-poor excuse of a two-bob outfit, ever brings out again.
For one thing, whenever they do introduce one of their ridiculous business plans, it soon becomes clear that it's to the detriment of postal workers.
