1. the act of agreeing or of coming to a mutual arrangement.
2. the state of being in accord.
3. an arrangement that is accepted by all parties to a transaction.
4. a contract or other document delineating such an arrangement.

If royal mail cannot keep their end of the deal, why should we keep ours?
Should the union be halting any work being done on: revisions/new ways of working/stopping absorbtion (all where applicable)?????

also, has anyone got any news on the planned payrise? or any other info on the whispers about rm being in such a state that there mite not be enough money to pay us at the end of next month??

The agreement was between RMG and HM Goverment

No agreemnt with CWU on shares other than not to issue a third allocation but to replace it with a transformational lump sum which yesterdays events have shown to be a wise move as that third allocation would be worthless.

The CWU policy has allways to try and hold RM to their promises even though the CWU dont support the CS scheme.

If RML dont pay out the lump sums that have replaced a third allocation then they are in breach of BT2010 and also in breach of agreements made with PF and POL.

Claiming shares are worthless is not in breach of the plan rules, refusing to pay if there is some worth no matter how little is in breach.

The Union rake in close to £513,150 a week in subscriptions.. ( if the figure of 165,000 active members is accurate in Royal Mail alone @ £3.11 a week and 211,000 members all total,including other sectors)

The Union should payout their members a gesture of good will after the chaos and money loss after the last debacle with Royal Mail and then should claim it all back with compensation :roll: :shock:

In Royal Mails opinion they are paying them out £0 for a zero valuation so wheres the breach :nana :nana

If Royal Mail is worthless come privatisation is it going for a quid,i doubt it,they are just screwing us

Its BS overall the group is making a profit and the only reason letters isn't is cos they are investing millions in modernisation, they could afford to pay us but basically they don't want to :evil/mad
