Re: would you walk?
WooHoo! First one to vote no!
My reasons? I've stood on every single picket line over the years. I was there in 2007 and 2009. Once the Royal Mail and the CWU drafted their agreement, my mind was made up. I did not stand on a picket line for a pay cut and more work.
Strike?
Why would I? Why would anyone? What real benefits to DELIVERY STAFF did it achieve in 2009?
Royal Mail pay your wages. Not the CWU. Harsh but true.

Re: POLL:would you walk?
Would never cross a picket line but would vote NO to a strike this time.
Last year people in my DO were striking one day but working their day off to make up their wage.
Quite simply too many greedy people within RM & the powers that be know it!
Work to rule is the only viable protest, but would everyone adhere to it?
Have a good guess....

“Shorts,in this weather?!”
“If they’re bills I don’t want ‘em!”
“What’s she been ordering now?”

They certainly won't have the bottle to test the membership's mood.hans solo wrote:maybe they will put on a new roadshow for us all![]()

A rejection would leave the union with nowhere to go and nowhere to hide.
That's why this poll is redundant....you simply won't be asked to walk.
Local action maybe....London possibly...nationally...not a f***ing chance.
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
