HQ need to be putting something out to reps if there is any TRUTH in this because it's not right leaving us there looking like drips ..... this agreement has made the reps job harder than ever and this will just top the lot!

Colleague share is valued twice per year in April and September. On Tuesday you will hear exactly what has happened with colleague share but lets just say the valuation had nose dived. .

Its not April yet, so you have to ask to why they have valued early this year?

what out tomorrow, we all could be in for a big surprise and we all get 1000 pounds each and also get our pay rise. what is worring me more is getting the pay rise in april.

By the way does anyone know what date the pay rise is suppose to kick in?
