you're way off the mark.edwardo wrote:how can anyone on this website defend the cwu ( blue terrier inc and the rest ) we all know RM are rotten and dishonest to the core , but our own union could they not see a tory election win ,of course that would effect the deal they had just agreed . RM management are to cute and clever for dave and billy no CS shares willbe the final straw for me £ 3 .11 a week for what i will phone wages on tues and stop my union subs is that constructive enough blue terrier ha ha

I dont really see any reason for CS being mentioned other than the fgact that BT2010 was supoosed to help boost the value of CS and therefore put more money in the pockets of hard working CWU mbrs. Simply a selling point from the national officers of the CWU.If BT210 dosent increase the value then mbrs will be entitled to a full explanation as to how and why the national officers made the wrong call.

Wasn't actually refering to you as one of the crank's Dingo, but i honestly cannot see how RM can be skint.dingo wrote:pne_postie wrote:Wether we get any dosh or not it never fail's to amuse/bemuse me the amount of crank's who infest this site pretending to be ITK when they clearly know f-all.
As for the 'cash flow problem' - do me a favour.
No doubt another Chinese whisper started by some weirdo with too much time on their hand's!
Fair enough lets see if I am right or wrong but I bet I will be more succussful then I was at cheltenham this week.

Yep that'll help a lot...............won't be worth FA but hey it'll be interesting to hear the excuses and to whom they are going to apportion the blame................bet I can guess who won't be culpable and won't suffer one iota.Big Daz wrote:masada wrote:I hear what your saying about the cs predating the 2010 agreement ....but why in our office on the union board where the agreement paperwork hangs , is the two payments on that paperwork where the wage increases for the new agreement are shown ? if they have nothing to do with the 2010 agreement why are they stated on the paperwork at all?

Re: colleague shares??(Share price to be revealed Tuesday)
I was wondering how the information was going to be downloaded to the troops on Tuesday because our WTL are now held on Thursdays...................since 2010 & Beyond, Delivery Methods Revision and the introduction of the WSMs in my workplace............and here was me just getting used to not having one Tuesday and now I'll have to get used to not having one on Thursday.pne_postie wrote:....look on the bright side,Tuesday's WTL sesh should be interesting for a change,eh.

WTL did'nt we use to have those years ago when management respected our opinions and gave us information on a regular basis? all we get at the moment is look at the board, i like the sound of my own voice on the tannoy and its happening whether you like it or not.

Re: colleague shares??(Share price to be revealed Tuesday)
They cleared our WTL room out, took the doors off and put some RM2000 frames in there because we have run out of space. Still don't know how that happened as we've lost loads of staff and the mail is down
I would like to thank Dingo for informing everyone that bad news is on its way Tuesday......I guess you like to piss people off over the weekend, why did'nt you just post your comment on the Monday
I'm not too bothered about CS anyway, they are a con like everything else has been over the past few years

Re: collegue shares rumors gathering momentum
they would have done this if it was possiblenoggin1969 wrote:There's always a get out clause because none of the agreements are legally binding contracts they are "agreements". RM if it so wished could after a notice period put everybody down to legal minimum pay and minimum holiday entitlement : £5.93 - the main rate for workers aged 21 and over and 28 days for someone working five days a week , bank and public holidays can be included in your minimum entitlement. As this would be their only legal obligations
