These are my thoughts too. If we get little or no shares , how is it right to pay out to evr staff. Or is that what Royal Mail want , as i suspect , reward the people that have left. Lets face it all they do now is geared up to shitting on the workforce in the pathetic hope that everyone will tell them to stuff their job. If they get rid of part timers , fair enough there's plenty more, and if they get rid of long serving full timers... Bingo. What a shambles
I took my VR in Nov 2010 still no shares and everytime you ring HOUR they have no idea when be valued or what will be payed so not Everyone on VR has received shares

I honestly can't remember what the shares were for in the first place? Did we not get paid in return for waiting for shares or are we moaning about not getting something for nothing?

Just before i left work yesterday,a bloke i know in distribution said that one of our managers, who had had some meetings in London this week had been chatting to a London rep who told him that the CS were valued around 530 quid, but because of the cashflow problems we would get it weeky,in other words around a tenner a week for a year!I told him someone was taking the piss, but after reading dingo's post last night,i'm not so sure........ :d'oh!
same as it ever was...

Does it matter what they were for, it was an agreed part of the rewards for accepting this deal..........

The same ' cashflow' problems that stop them paying Moya, Mark, Donald, Rod , Jayne and Freddy and Uncle Tom Cobley and all , huge sums of money ZZZZZZZZZZ. I wonder how many times the word cashflow will be used. It's the new ' volume'.

The so called 3 year plan, will be ripped up. Its dead in the water. They have a buyer for us, they will weaken the union,( may be instigate a strike over the summer months,). And then sell us off. Camrons going to have his Falklands, no fly zone over Libya, and then go to the country for a majority gov. Our only hope is that the con lib pact falls out over this and £80.000 tuition fees (after interest) and we are put on the back burner, waiting for Labour goverment to part privatize us.

Actually, you may be nearer the 'truth'(will he put in another appearance)than you think,it crossed my mind that the CS money may have to fund the 1.4% pay rise this year, all money we were promised by Royal mail, but of course now the moneys gone :hmmmm and i don't want to dissapoint you but i don't think it'll be anywhere near a tenner.

This gets stranger and stranger. There are reports on here of people being paid out. Why give it some and not others :hmmmm

Dingo says"wern't me guv" Boll*x We pay nearly £3 a week for Billy and co to look after our best interests. We were conned just dosn't wash. OUR BEST INTERESTS is the be all and end all of their PAID existence. Not some long term Labour party objective. We all know what Dangerous Dave and oiky Osbourne want. I am a postman, no more no less, I could see what was coming how come someone on 5 times(approx, depending on docket) my wage couldn't see it too!!

How, exactly ? We had RM by the bo!!ocks until the moment Billy and Dave agreed 'a period of calm' in the run-up to Xmas 2009 :no no

Any new owner won't need to do anything to weaken the union. This next shafting will probably cause people to tear-up their CWU membership, which will kill it as any sort of force in RM.

Wether we get any dosh or not it never fail's to amuse/bemuse me the amount of crank's who infest this site pretending to be ITK when they clearly know f-all.

As for the 'cash flow problem' - do me a favour.

No doubt another Chinese whisper started by some weirdo with too much time on their hand's! :whistle
