Our current network connection is woefully inadequate and consequently we are frequently unable to access the Horizon system. Like many other post offices we are struggling to justify the cost of keeping a post office going at this time and we simply can’t afford to keep a full-time resource when we can’t actually operate the system due to poor network connectivity. It seems to us that our only option is to close the post office until such time as our network can be changed over as discussed.
No one at the Post Office seems to care and we can't get in touch with Horizon. Does anyone know of someone who can come in and get our connection sorted out so it is fast, and stops creashing all the time?!
Many thanks

Re: Any Advice Please?
We have a goiod internet connection in the shop now, having never had one. I would hope, therefore, to be able to get onto Horizon via this connection but it doesn't seem to be as easy as that. We are currently doing so via satellite but are always having trouble with it. Who can I contact to get ourselves connected on a good, fast secure connection? It's driving us all mad! Thanks
