Hello everyone
Hi. My name is Jim and I start as a postman on the Isle of Wight on 1st March. I have wanted to be a Postie 'since I were a lad' so I'm really pleased to finally have got in. It's only taken 15 years! I will be on a 22.5 hour contract, but am hoping for more hours after my initial 3 month contract (if they keep me ). It's good to know there is a forum here and a whole legion of postie's to have a chat to.
