Can anybody tell me how much Focus tv costs? 3 or 4 different presenters,cameramen,sound men ect.. Just send an email for your BM to read to us.One week every one flew to Belfast just to tell us how Qbusting works!

Our tv hasn't worked for several weeks. I did see an engineer playing with it last week but is still not working. It would have been nice to have had a tv to watch today then perhaps the training session wouldn't have ended up with a colleague reduced to tears. This has happened several times. I find it very upsetting.

Brainwashing for the masses. The system is installed all over RMG to deliver WTL sessions and any other crap they can think of. Some Crowns are unlucky enough to have it installed in the "rest" room.

Info is given out all day by studio based presenters on a loop (I think the theory is the more you hear it the more you'll believe it). As if the job itself isn't enough to drive you crazy.

Without being specific, not a moment of the hour contained any training. We were asked by the manager why everyone was at everyones throats and why the atmosphere was so bad. She said how the only important thing in the office was the bureau de change. This upset the staff who dont work the bureau till. This was the final straw for one colleague and it culminated in a resignation. After the session some staff were congratulated for speaking out and others were ignored. The atmosphere was worse today.

Can I ask how long has this "manager" of yours has been working for the Post Office? Is she one of the new clueless breed that are inhabiting our shores?

BULLY MANAGER- I hope everyone put a grievance in against that branch manager and informed the union rep, why didn't you all walk out and stick together we would of done in our office so the office couldn't open at 9.30. How many times has everyone said on this forum STOP THE SELLING, just do it when they are standing behind you in a monotone fashion like the script they give us, our customers just say "what, no" and run out. Hit the post office were it hurts in sales and income.I hope everyone remembers how we are all getting treated when the ballot papers arrive and vote YES to industrial action i can't wait to see the BM and ABM serving on the counter non-stop all day the queue out the door "THANKS FOR WAITING"
