Admin Staff at the Ready..........

I couldn't help but overhear a telephone conversation regarding staffing levels during any possible strike action.

During the conversation guestamates were made for staff that would not strike and a request for Admin staff to cover those striking.

It seems the high bonuses awarded to Admin are really in lieu to undermine any strike action by counter staff.

Further investigation and I am to believe all Admin have been counter trained and ready to keep the offices open with management by there side.

Would that be the same admin staff who put a list for the public as long as yer arm up last time we had industrial action, stating what they COULDN'T do?
- would've been quicker to put one up saying what they COULD do ie. stamps!
And even then we spent the next month or so sorting out customer complaints for things that they'd done wrong!
Not so easy, is it?
Oh, and don't forget to doff your cap and say 'thank you for waiting!'
