Makes you wonder how awkward it might have been if they had brought in someone who already was familiar with the subject, and then had to convince themselves that any of this privatisation nonsense made any real sense!
Got to disagree with you there ,she is familiar x3 Canada rail ;Canada Post and RM . She is fully aware of all the implications ,but if you pay SOME people enough they will sell their grannies and get their daughters turning tricks :speak to the hand
Of course, you are right. In that she's been down this path before, but the point I was trying to make was that any other sane person who wanted to truly understand how we have come to be where we are today might have pointed out to those concerned that things ain't quite what they appear to be.

I didn't realise that she too had fugged up Canada Rail. So, one can assume she has a track record, then? Sorry 'bout that, couldn't help meself. Most peeps won't want to know anything about this person. The ones (or twos) that do will just be intrigued that it's a woman from Canada who is going to steer RM to greatness. Well, that's what they will think, but we all know that this is not about making RM great again, but screwing the general public out of everything they (may) hold dear, and us workers along with it, too. :evil/mad
We posties do things differently, but we still get shot at!

Our (other) men and women deserve a little more... http://www.helpforheroes.org.uk/

Quality of service is secondary. My DOM always talks about it being a business first and a service second. They don't care about a quality service and they certainly don't mind if they piss of the public. Afterall what can the public do? It's not like they can vote with their feet and use another service for their daily mail delivery.
