To be blunt, they don't give a shite. The PLAN is to franchise/sell off/close, (you choose the term, they all mean the same thing to us counter staff), at least 100 more crowns. There will be no dispute in that. The redundancy terms will never be like they were before so expect to be shafted on that front if you think you are gonna go on 2 years pay etc!!
Still, there is some good news, think ahead and make your orders for shedloads of extra Sterling and Forex in the next month or two.. if you get my drift...

Just a point for Billy, a new MTSF was agreed in October 2010 that applies to all grades who work for RMG and it still states upto 2 years payoff
