MESSAGES FOR DAVE WARD!!

Post by POSTMAN »

Post them here, keep it clean,AND KEEP ON TOPIC.
And i'll pass them on.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Dave, mate, I know you know more than I know, but I am worried for our future. Good luck, you're gonna need it.

In the event that you should reply, i'm wondering if you and Billy have booked a fortnights' holiday together beginning this evening?! 14 days later when you arrive back, your members will again have beeen treated with the same contempt that has been ever so evident recently.

Hi guys,

Please do not let these idiots who run our great company walk all over us. As soon as you realise they are not allowing anything meaningfull to happen, pull out of negotiations and lets carry on with Industrial Reaction. We have them on the run and support for you is fantastic.

I know and trust that you will not let us down. And I promise that we will not let you down.

best of luck and best wishes.

Well done to the union. However don't trust Royal Mail and remember how strong we were during the strikes, please don't fritter that strength away. Bring us out again if needed. The worm is on the hook don't let it off.

Make sure a good deal is going to be recommended to us, otherwise I see a lot of people resigning from the CWU, this strike has been hard to sell in my office, and I'm not looking forward to the 'I told you so's, so make it count.

Yeah the way forward was his downfall but i tell you what he was a bloody good leader and a top bloke.
He also secured £2000 per man for monthly pay but it never got to us!!

There are a hell of a lot of postal workers depending on you, myself included. Please , please , don't sell us out
as has happened before. Go through every proposal those two snakes put before you with the finest of finest tooth
combs , and do not whatever else you do, trust them an inch.

You will come back from these talks with nothing, you will then ask for our support again and the answer is not printable, we might as well surrender now.

get your backside out to mail centres,do's etc and speak to your members (remember them?the people who lost money for a good cause) and explain to them why you had rm by the boll*cks and then bottled it!
