Liverpool area postal delays
How many other people are out there that have received mail that has taken 35 days to deliver. We live in L9 area, and got a load of mail yesterday, 14/01/2011 that had been post marked 10/12/2010. Bring back our Liverpool sorting office. It is as plain as the nose on your face, that Warrington can only handle so much. So much for a greener planet! Mail that was going from A to B in a local area only travelled about say 10 miles max. Now it has to go to Warrington it is travelling over 40 miles in total. Well done Royal Mail, or should you be called Spoil Mail, it suits you...... :dcfo :dcfo

Totally agree with you, it's atrocious. However, you're telling the wrong people. Join us in the name calling tho, Royal Fail, Spoil Mail... Really it's time that RM set up their own forums for customers. Maybe the powers that be would see more of what we see.

They haven't got the guts for that! They wouldn't want to face the backlash.

And rumour is that Peter's not been working as efficiently there since he met Tillyboo two months ago.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
