Dundee i'm guessing still have backlogs.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Parcels are our biggest problem,it's probably in a backlog, but fingers crossed they are hoping to get that sorted within a week.
Well so management tell the press. :whistle

What about the dd2 area?

I'm waiting on 6 parcels being delivered, the first of which was posted on the 29th Dec!

I can fully appreciate a backlog, and I know Dundee east has huge issue right now, but I'm in Dundee west and begining to get angry!

Although there is probably not an official backlog for the West section but it probably has had a knock on effect. My advice would be to try and contact the manager or customer services and see if they can get anything moving. If you have tracking numbers then you could try tweeting @royalmail they are very good indeed.
