Where the post - come on managers!

Post by The Black Widow »

I am still waiting for post that was despatched 15/12/2010 - one item of which was suppose to be an xmas gift (THANKS ROYAL MAIL!) Most items that i am waiting for are from Amazon UK or Play.com.

Come on Royal Mail Managers and senior executives - give your postmen and ladies and your customers a reason to respect you. You expect your guys on the frontline to take the wrap as there the ones that have to see the customers. It isnt right - you sit in your nice air conditioned or nicely heated offices being paid far to much money for completely messing up a once wonderful and reliable postal service.

Time the people that really mattered got the money and respect that they deserve. Our amazing Postman & Postwomen!!! :Applause

Any post I have ordered I want regardless of how long I have waited, customers need to understand that none of these delays are the fault of our amazing postmen/ladies. You should all be given medals for having to take the flack from customers, get the managers out on the frontline - they wouldn't last a single second.

Your support is appreciated and you are justified in your anger.
I have never known such a shambolic attempt at delivering Christmas.
The weather played a part but not to the extent that Royal Mail would have you believe, most of us who have been with the company for some time have been left deeply embarrassed by what has happened and wondering if there was some other agenda behind the chaos other than simply management incompetence..
good times, bad times you know I've had my share

That was instructions from Amazon to refuse what you don't want anymore otherwise people would be paying to send them back and because the fault was with RM then they should take to financial hit.
