I have just started my job as a postman. I have many doubts and do not know what to expect...
Over the past two years I have been working the night shift in a shop. The money is good I have a full time contract but
due to family problems I decided to change it.
I have been offered 12 weeks casual contract Ł5,95/h
I am honest and hard working employee and just wonder if job for RM makes sense?
I feel very insecure with the contract... Just don't know what the future holds...
Can you get more then 25 hours?
What are the chances that they do not renew my contract?
Do you get a pay raise?
I am in the hole and do not know whether I should resign from the first job....

I would advise you to stick with your night shift and good money because you
are very unlikely to get a full time job in Royal Mail.
The future is very bleak with Royal Mail and especially with full time positions.
