Who decides on whether any driver is considered blameworthy by Royal Mail as a result of a reported road traffic accident. Is it Royal Mail Office Managers or the Accident Management Centre or a collusion of both.

Surely the Police and/or Insurance companies will make that decision. The Police, in particular, have access to far better resources for investigating RTAs than RM have.

Cannot sister stokesie be date specific but I got the distinct impression that it was current as it refered to an ERICA R.T.A. Report this year which happened at my DO.
