It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

You should have recieved a letter in July telling you that the former providers (Aviva, Legal & General, etc) are being replaced by Zurich.

My contributions changed from old provider to Zurich on payment date 8/10/10 while the existing AVC pot will be transferred over in November or December.

The idea is to make investing our AVC's easier and to give us online access so we can see what our plans are worth whenever we want.

I got my password from Zurich today so I could access my Bonusplan online. But it mentioned in the same letter that I should have already received login information to be used in conjunction with the password. But apart from my previous fund value letter in July when it was still Aviva & a general information from RM Pensions I have not anything else from Zurich. So still cannot login as I need a user number as well! Have sent Zurich an e-mail as they don't have any phone number listed that I can see. Anyone get this user number as well as the password?
