the 368, 369 and x69 all stop right near the mdec centre, and the 307 does too altho it stops about a 2 minute walk further down from the building but it is literally a tiny 2 minute walk, i think the other buses you mentioned stop closest at edgeley road (i think not 100%) which makes the mdec centre a further walk away (10? 15 minutes?) hope that helps.

I applied through reed about 2 weeks ago for all the christmas shifts and was accepted on the early shift they did say this was the only shift left and all the others had filled up so that may now be the case with the early shift aswell, may be worth checking reeds website for vacancies just in case though.
