Hi all, I've been with RM for two years now, I have a town round in a ********** delivery office. I think I'm at the right place mentally to join your community. In my experience, it is very easy to let unsubstantiated gossip rule one's head. I believe it is always best to speak with one's DOM directly with any concerns or queries.
However, I am here because there are certain things "not" happening at my office which should be, and am looking for similar patterns in other offices. Anyhow, I am looking forward to chewing the fat with everyone soon.

Yep best to keep a lowish profile on your area or chuck in a couple of red herrings every now and then
