Can anyone give me clear guidelines on when the meal break should take place for both driver and walkman and also so the policy of taking your break while out on the delivery

When: Nothing specific except that it should be taken somewhere in the middle of the working day http://www.direct.gov.uk/en/Employment/ ... G_10029451" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Where: As per the link the business can tell you when to take the break but not where.

Specific to Royal Mail- Sorry AFAIK no specific instructions or guidelines except that the CWU suggest taking the break before commencement of delivery.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Seems most of it 'so far' is being covered in your 'other' thread...
