Why do all these numnut writers think they can comment on something they clearly know nothing about. I thought journalists were supposed to research things before they spout thier bullshit. He's right about one thing though; callers offices' opening times are crap, and that was one area where RM/Parcelforce could have proved to be far better than the other courier firms, if they'd used their collective brains.

Interesting point but surely its not down to posties what time the offices are open.Surely such a decision would have to be made by Captains of industry and serial entrepreneurs such as Leighton and Crozier.During their tenure can anybody point out what new products /innovations they brought to the market place excluding work place cuddles or plasma 1984 screens.

It's not just numwit journalists who make stupid comments about Royal Mail. I'm sick of radio phone in presenters doing the same and telling us posties how we should do our job and best to run Royal Mail. They haven't got a bloody clue and often talk out of their pathetic one track minded backsides! They want to get off their high & mighty backsides and come out to see what the job really entales. Ask them if they would want to swap? 'NO!' is what they would say.
