CWU DEMONSTRATION : NICK CLEGG'S CONSTITUENCY

Following consultation and discussion, it has been decided to cancel the CWU Demonstration in Nick Clegg's Constituency that was due to take place on Saturday October 9th.

This information was communicated to Regional Secretaries in a conference call on Monday September 6th. By now, most Branches will be aware that the demonstration has been cancelled but this LTB is to advise Branches formally of the cancellation.

As soon as the period of TUC and Party conferences has ended, the Union will, in consultation with Branches, re-evaluate the best date to reschedule the demonstration in Nick Clegg's constituency.

Any enquiries on this LTB should be addressed to the General Secretary's Office quoting the reference GS 11.0
