what is the training procedure for collections please. Where can i get hold of a copy. Thanks

open the box, collect and scan, drive to next post box on the list! that was my training

Dont scan boxes before the time or it fails. Was told if you accidentally scan before the time then you should scan a barcode on the back of a can of coke or something and then it lets you scan the box again :Very Happy

tried this today mate with a bottle of cola, but it didnt accept it.

Which is a pity as it would be very handy.
