Well , we fund the Labour , errr sorry , New Labour party, because , errrr , ummmm , damn , had it there for a mo , gone
clean out of my mind now.
I think it shows that Brown hasnt looked at the pay deal, if he had then he would see that we are being offered 2.5% pay increase and a 3.5% pay reduction when you take off the early shift allowance, we ought to be like MPs and make up a pay increase, vote on it, and just automatically get it, simple...UNITY IS STRENGTH.

According to Billy, and Alan before him, and Alan before him and Tom before him, it's because we can influence decisions and prevent Labour becoming a right-wing party just like a Tory Party Mark 2. This is why many people choose to stay members. Their success had been astounding! They've played a blinder! Not one school or hospital has closed unde a Labour Government. Not one serviceman has been sent to fight in any illegal or immoral war, not one dodgy totalitarian regime has been propped up, no Labour politician has sent any of their children to a private school because as we all know, they've worked wonders improving the state system. No student leaves university with any debt at all. In fact, we're living in a socialist paradise which we only thought possible in the pages of William Morris and all because our unions have had such a wonderful influence on the abour Party.
Keep slinging the cash at them Billy! You'll wake up one day, you soft sod!

I'm glad mate. We know what we have to do in these trying times , we might as well try and enjoy it,
especially as it will get on the tits of those we oppose.
I'd have accepted the below inflation 2.5% pay rise IF the "deal" didn't have more strings than a string quartet!
Rather patrionising of Gordon Brown and shows just how little he knows about this "deal". He should just join the Conservative party since he's more blue than Maggie!

LONDON (Thomson Financial) - Prime Minister Gordon Brown today warned postal workers they should accept a 2.5 pct pay deal or risk pushing up inflation in future years.
Brown was speaking in the House of Commons as thousands of Royal Mail staff prepare to walk off the job at 19.00 BST over pay and mechanisation of the system.
He told MPs that while he believed all workers should have 'decent pay', low settlements should be used as a means to 'conquer' inflation.
'People have got to accept settlements to make sure inflation is low in the years to come,' he said.
The Communications Workers Union has organised a two-week campaign of staggered strike action throughout all of Royal Mail's divisions to maximise disruption.
The first action will see staff at Post Offices and Royal Mail sorting offices walk out in a 24-hour strike.
If he cant run the Post office how can the plick run the Government??????????? :cfo :lfo

Hey gordon lets get in the real world!
You stop pumping money into third world countries oh and also Iraq which of course is not costing the country any money!
stop paying benefits to the rest of the world who feel that they can come to this country and be given any thing they want no strings attached!
Oh by the way don't forget the people who live here and put the labour government into power and now regret it!
your government broke their promise to the people of this country and now side with the rich who want to turn this country into a, you are either rich or poor and no in between!
I would like to see Gordon Brown survive on the basic salaries that most people in this country live on!
Why should he care about us postal workers when the government doesn't care about any other Bristish citizen, take the lost of lives in Iraq!
This government can destory families without a blink of an eye to gain votes so why worry about the rest of us!
Brown why don't you listen to the right people instead of the people who are only out to line their own pockets!
well said moanalot . good old gordon brown should look after number 1 the great british public b4 he sends money 2 some country 2 spend on arms. what we need is a leader who will stand up and say enough, we will sort out the hospitals, we will sort out the immigration, we will sort out the homeless cos of the floods and we will look after ourselves b4 we give money 2 other countries. i love this country and i hate the way its going, every1 is after the quick pound and the politictions dont realy give a nats piss over us. mayb we outa set up a new party, a party that puts the country 1st 2nd and 3rd. if i met such a man or woman then i support him/her, until then we stuck with gordon who with his party would rather we wernt there complaining how we cant live cos the intrest rates going up, the poll tax going up, the bills going up. and our wages, going down. i like 2 fink im in the majority how i feel, fink 2 many people are scared 2 voice a opinion anymore
the path of my life is strewn with cowpats from the devils own satanic herd

Genril Sekretery That's brilliant !, I laughed because it's half true & it's the impression some people have of him , keep Hayes out of it was one of the more politer things said about him.He deludes himself with his own "ideology" and shows people his collection of Grunwick pictures . Not the sharpest tool in the box , a conman basically , problem is he'll be someone's mp sometime , last time it was paying for all that handwringing . Not the best leader, a bit detached ! .
-- DO YOU WRITE FOR THE VIS COMIC ? ........lol
No, this is a serious letter from our Glorious Leader! I might speak like this, but I certainly couldn't write like it.
