none of them will buy RM
I have it on equally good authority that none of the competition are interested in buying RM. It is not in any of their strategies. Take that as a given.

It will probably be a venture capital company who will just try to butcher to company like they always do just to make a quick profit.F0zziebear wrote:I have it on equally good authority that none of the competition are interested in buying RM. The business has been selling us off bit by bit for years, all the letter sorting machinery in the Mail Centres has been sold off to an American bank and we only lease it back off them with the proviso that we properly maintain them.
They have been selling off unused parts of District offices, and they are currently undergoing an assessment of assets within the business. You only have to look at the increase in rented van’s and trailer units and the demise of the pool car to see the way its going.

Well thats a good deal they buy them then charge us, probably over the odds and they don't even have to maintain or repair them. No wonder RM is sinking fast these 2 :lfo :cfo would not look out of place on the bridge of the Titanic - "Ice berg what iceberg". Probably would try and get the life boats operating on team basis.Jimi wrote:The business has been selling us off bit by bit for years, all the letter sorting machinery in the Mail Centres has been sold off to an American bank and we only lease it back off them with the proviso that we properly maintain them.
