Maybe you could write to our wonderful leaders and tell them how you feel, cause it seems he does not want to listen the workforce or their representatives. :mad :mad :mad

Just joined here too, having been told about the forum by a friend. Also a satisfied customer -- my local post office staff are all absolutely charming, and in four years of selling books by mail order, posting hundreds of items each year, hardly anything has got lost. I've lost more books in my own system than I have in the mail! :Very Happy

People are always quick to complain, it's nice to buck the trend occasionally!

Ello and welcome to the RMC site.... Its a great place to get any info or just understand OUR JOB...

Our service is for all people of these lands... and many more...

I thank you both and many more good people who try to understand the type and people we deal with when it comes to MANAGEMENT...

They just DONT listen and DONT want to know the Posties thoughts or problems.....

I myself have been thru a Harassment and bulling case against RM and it was a shambles and a kangaroo court..... I wont go into details as it will breach my Official Secrets act form we all have signed.... We have our hands and mouths tied......... RM seem to use the media in a fair old fashion when THEY want to get across to the public of how we are lazy and over paid and underworked... NICE AINT IT!!! To be looked down upon by your bosses who Try then ask us to "ALL PULL TOGETHER FOR THE GOOD OF THE BUSINESS."    Like we are idiots.... Treat a person with respect and they will act with respect... Simple.... But do they see this and act on this?????? I will let you make your own mind up on this matter... Thanks...

TOMMO!!! OUT..... :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause :Applause

I'm sure there are many Ebayers here but they won't respond with their idents for fear of punitive actions by RM managers. :so there :so there :so there
