Yes, they should.
A good stout pair of Doc Martens will help protect their pinkies if, and when, they accidentally spill hot coffee on them, very important when you consider how many cups of coffee they handle every day.

It depends on the office, in an office that everyone has to wear safety shoes/boots then yes they should wear them, otherwise they can take their chances and not complain if they get hurt :Very Happy

I think these are a little bit more stylish.

i ordered boots months ago when mine were leaking in the snow
i had a flu virus because of wet feet that went aginst my sick record
i still havnt had the boots this is 4 months later yet we get updates from wearing r mail boots and i am told by my manager they will get issued
a colleague next to me had a pair of boots falling apart i told him not to go out on his rural delivery
they said no boots but within 10 minutes they gave him indoor shoes to wear not the proper footwear for his delivery they were to flimsy and he still wears them 4 weeks later

You don't get flu from having wet feet.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

You don't get flu from having wet feet.
True. But being wet in very cold conditions, can weaken your immune system. Making you more likley to catch whatever's going round at the time. Although, whoever told Michael that his cold wet feet caused the illness, was stretching the truth a bit. Because he must have been exposed to the Virus, in order to catch it.
