Ah great cheers fixed. I'll post up more if/when I see it. There are a bunch of other strikes going on too (like a safety strike on the underground), but not about the annual pay offer, so I'll stick to those ones if I hear of them. It's a real shame all these strikes over the same thing are all separate - if we were together we could win real fast.TrueBlueTerrier wrote:Good info thanks steve - did try to click the link for Royal Mail in your sig but i thinks its corrupt - it has li at the beginning. No, they haven't accepted it. At least the nurses in Unison haven't but the RCN is another matter.strangler wrote:What happened with the nurses pay rise? I heard they were offered 2.5%. Anyone know if they accepted or if that`s another potential strike ballot?

It's not accepted. Unison are holding talks, RCN are consulting pre-ballot:strangler wrote:What happened with the nurses pay rise? I heard they were offered 2.5%. Anyone know if they accepted or if that`s another potential strike ballot?

I don't know about the other strikes, but it seems Heinz workers think they're paid "beans" for their work, but I'm sure after talks they will get to the sauce of the problem and they will get a souper pay rise.
