Re: QUICKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK help
Phone up and tell them you broke your leg. Then expect a muppet from ATOS who has no medical knowledge whatsoever to phone you up and tell you after a brief chat that there's nothing wrong with you and your fit to return to work.
You'll then get sent out on delivery in a wheelchair dragging a broken HCT behind you
Only kidding ;) Don't stress over it, ring work tomorrow morning and just explain what's happened then focus on getting better.

Yes once you have done 12 months then you get full entitlement.matt3c wrote:and the vital question is will i still get paid while im off, ive been here 18 months now so im entitled to sick pay i think. thank you in advance !!
Remember with a broken leg you will need a "Fit to work"
If management try anything on make sure your Rep is kept in the loop especially anything affecting pay or rehab.

Remember with a broken leg you will need a "Fit to work"note from the Hospital or own Doctors detailing what if anything you can do. Also ATOS should contact you and should also help arrange a return to work plan,or rehabiltation plan, it might be worth having a word with the Physioterrorist (you'll understand when you start seeing one
) so they can discuss issues with you or ATOS.
