Hello,
I need some urgent advice. I have had a parcel shipped today (friday) as next day special delivery before 1 pm. I have just tracked it and it says it will be delivered on Monday before the specified time. Is there any way I would be able to get it on saurday by paying an extra fee??

URGENT HELP required
Sorry for posting in the wrong forum, but i am a bit desperate and expected a response here.
I have had a pacel shipped today (friday) as next day special delivery before 1 pm. upon tracking it says it will be delivered before the specified time on monday. Now i wasnt aware that special delivery only delivers on working days unless extra paid for. is there any way i could get the parcel delivered/collected from anywhere tomorrow for an extra fee??

It may well arrive tomorrow we do deliveries on Saturdays just make sure you are up and ready their is no way of intercepting it as far as i am aware but be aware we can be up with the sparrows!oj wrote:its sent to a residential address

Any time I have sent a special on friday the person at PO said SG or monday you pay extra for saturday.

Sorry, No once its in the system there is no way to change the type of special delivery. However must delivery offices deliver Specials which are due on Monday - on the Saturday anyway.
