I could of course be wrong. I am not medically trained in any shape or form and I am not entitled to make a diagnosis over the internet.
I have intermittently suffered from a trapped nerve and I only found relief when a nice chiropodist made me a splint to separate the 2 bones and release the nerve.Cost me £30. My GP was so effing useless I felt the need to question his qualifications as a doctor. (That's a foot. I don't do feet.)

Heel spurs/plantar fasciitis if it eases off when you're walking but is really bad if your not then that'll be your problem.

No it flares up in both situations but only 1 or 2 times a day on average.

see your branch legal and medical rep, ask for an LS3 form.

may be difficult to "prove" RM are responsible ? but see what happens after you fill the lS3 form in.

currently under atos, awaiting my operation for a f****d knee. Cartilage/ligament tear

Still working though :shock:

We currently have 4 staff at our office with serious knee problems. It seems to be a common injury in the job. Perhaps it's something that should be looked into by Dave Joyce's dept. As delivery spans have got longer and with the prospect of them getting even longer the number of injuries which seem to be assoctated with repetitive strain seem to be increasing.
Longer delivery spans to save jobs............but at what cost?
